    Hi Rob,

    As far as I can see, my colleagues who're handling your ticket have reached out to our web team to check everything with them. 

    Once there's an update from our web devs, we'll follow up with you via email.

    The web team fixed my account. Not sure why my new and future Luminar X assets were not in my account but they are there now!  I downloaded the Sep assets and can again see all my future assets.  Thanks Luminar. Glad this was not a system wide issue.
