Updates freezing up

Hi all. Is anyone else having problems with the updates? On this update (v1.3.0) and a couple previous ones, I have to run the updater several times to get it to finish and it seems to take an unusually long time.

On today's update, I've had to restart it 3 times so far and it locks up right around the 38%-43% point each time. I have not yet been able to get it to finish.

Also, I've found that the updates fail if the update window loses focus, so we cannot update in the background.

Am I alone in these problems?

  Don't know if you are alone, but I had no issues downloading/installing the 1.3.0 update on my Windows 11 machine.

  I've had moments too when I thought the installation had frozen up but I just waited and let it do its thing.

  I finally got it to finish the installation on the fourth try. I don't know how long it took. I left the room after about ten minutes.
  
  At least I know some others have the problem and some others don't have the problem. ;-)

  Yep……Neo broke for me on 2 PCs (Win 10 & a Win 11) with Neo 1.2.1…….and Skyllum has NOT fixed the issue after many, many support sessions
