    I just purchased a licence 2 days ago and the software is so slow, freezy and laggy. Its  been a very frustrating experience for me

    Lminar neo 1.2.1. a bien fonctionné 

    Malheureusement depuis aujourd'hui impossible d'ouvrir le logiciel il crash à chaque fois dès que le catalogue s'affiche!!

    J'ai re téléchargé le logiciel mais sans succès que Faire?

    Luminar Neo is the slowest operating software on my Imac. What can I do to make Neo operating like it should?

    My system

    Imac (retina 5K 27 inch, 2019) macOS Monterey Version 12.5.1.

    processor 3 GHz-6-Core Intel Core i5

    Memory 16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

    Hardrive MacIntosh SSD 1 Tbyte (554 GB free)

    Videocard Radeon Pro 570X 4 Gb

    Please try resetting your PRAM to improve the performance. Here is how you can do that:
