Computer Crashes while Editing/Exporting
CompletedHello,
My Computer keeps crashing while im editing Pictures ( RAW/JPEG)...
At first i tried to re-install Luminar Neo two times because i wasnt able to start Luminar anymore.
I also reset Windows 10 completely
The Computer crashes and is rebooting. its a little weird because the Computer is still on and stuff, just the Display gets black and then restart.
I dont know why this is happening, i Edited the RAM paging file as it says in the faq at Luminar.
My Computer Data: Ryzen 9 5950X with 32GB RAM/3600 Mhz and 3090ti.
Updates of Winows, BIOS, Chipset, Processor, Graphicscard and Luminar were all done.
Would be nice if someone knows what Problem it could be to help me fix it.

Hi Florian!
Could you please send us event logs to skylum.com/support so that we could check the crash type and recommend you a corresponding solution?
- Reproduce the issue (try to launch the app and see it quit).
- Press the Windows logo key + R.
- Type eventvwr in the dialog box that opens and hit Enter on your keyboard.
- In the window that opens click the triangle next to Windows Logs on the left. A directory tree should open.
- Click Application in the directory tree.
- In the main part of the window find the two topmost entries marked with Error named Application Error and .NET Runtime.
- Hold CTRL and click your left mouse button on each entry to select them both.
- Right-click on any of the two selected entries and click Save Selected Events.
- Name the file, save it, and attach it to your reply to this email.
