Exporting Photos to computer from Luminar Neo

    Welcome to the community forum!

    Do you see a triangle with the exclamation mark in the top right corner of the image? If so, it means that the app has lost connection with the files (because they were removed/relocated while the software was closed).

    In this case, please follow the steps below in order to reconnect the Luminar Neo catalog with the files:

    1. Go to the Catalog tab (in the top-bar menu);

    2. Right-click the folder with an exclamation mark next to it;

    3. Choose Locate Folder from the drop-down menu,

    4. In the window that opens, find and select the necessary folder.
