    Hi Jessica,

    Luminar AI doesn't have a license code, it's activated via the log-in to the Skylum account within the app. 

    If you don't see Luminar AI listed in the My Software tab of your Skylum account (https://skylum.com/account/my-software), please contact us at https://skylum.com/support and provide us with as much of the following information as possible so we could locate your purchase:

    • The email address used for your purchase
    • Any alternate email addresses you may have used for your purchase
    • Your order number (it should look something like MACXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXXX, where X is a digit)
    • Your PayPal receipt
    • Transaction details from your bank
