Hi Andrew - I'm happy to clarify this!

If you already own Luminar Neo and Aurora HDR, you will get the extension for free. It doesn't matter when you purchased them.

Our pricing model is as follows:

Aurora HDR owners (Aurora HDR 2019 and up) will get the opportunity to buy Luminar Neo with a loyalty discount and receive the HDR Merge extension for free.
Skylum customers with Luminar Neo subscriptions will get the HDR Merge extension for free.
Owners of both Luminar Neo and Aurora HDR (Aurora HDR 2019 and up) will receive the HDR Merge extension for free.
If you’re eligible to get HDR Merge for free, just wait for the delivery email on July 28!

I feel the same way - I purchased Aurora HD separately, as well as Neo, I feel that now it's offered as part of Neo, I should get a price break or an extra future major upgrade.

If you own both Aurora HDR 2019 and NEO, Skylum has stated HDR Merge is free for you. Quote from above post by Helga Rowles:

"Owners of both Luminar Neo and Aurora HDR (Aurora HDR 2019 and up) will receive the HDR Merge extension for free."

If you own an earlier version of Aurora HDR (2018 or earlier), then HDR Merge will cost you some money.

The pricing model is a joke.. charging loyal customers time and time again for the same software re packaged.. I’m not sure that I’m going to continue being a customer

I continue to be puzzled by this. All of the offers seem to require either Aurora or Neo and Aurora. What about those of us that have a current license for Neo and an old version of Aurora? What price is HDR Merge for us?

    Not complaining. Just asking.

I waited patiently for this to come out... having waited years for Aurora to be updated to support Fuji RAW Files.. and now HDR Merge is here it doesn't support Fuji Files ... same awful colour cast that has been there for ever... waste of my money

    Hi Chris,

HDR Merge should support your camera if it is on this list:
    https://media.macphun.com/uploads/uploads/LuminarNeo/Luminar_Neo_100_Supported_Cameras.pdf

If it does appear on the list, please send us your photo(s) so we can recreate the issue on our end.

    1. Visit https://wetransfer.com/
    2. If it's your first time visiting this website, it might ask you to purchase a subscription. Simply select to proceed with the free version.
    3. Click Add your files.
    4. Select the file(s) on your computer.
    5. After you see all the files you need to send appear in the list, click the icon to the left of the Transfer button (the icon looks like a circle with three dots in it).
    6. In Send As select Link.
    7. Click Transfer.
    8. After the files have finished uploading, click Copy Link and paste it into your support request at https://skylum.com/support

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks for the clarification. We will definitely add new cameras in one of the future updates.

In the meantime, I can suggest converting your photos to DNG format.

Please use one of the links below to download it:
