HDR Merge. introductory offer
AnsweredThe most recent HDR Merge and HDR Mega Pack promotional offer appears to disadvantage current owners of Aurora HDR & Luminar Neo, so I am seeking clarification. Skylum's promotional offer ("Great news! HDR Merge is an exclusive extension worth $49 that’s coming soon to Luminar Neo. You’ll get it for FREE as an Aurora HDR owner if you buy Luminar Neo with a loyalty discount now") -- appears to apply only to those who buy Luminar Neo now (and who have purchased Aurora HDR) as opposed to those users who have already purchased Luminar Neo, Grateful your clarification: having bought Aurora HDR and Luminar Neo, do I qualify for a free 'copy' of HDR Merge and HDR Mega Pack?
Have a great day.

Hi Andrew - I'm happy to clarify this!
If you already own Luminar Neo and Aurora HDR, you will get the extension for free. It doesn't matter when you purchased them.
Our pricing model is as follows:Aurora HDR owners (Aurora HDR 2019 and up) will get the opportunity to buy Luminar Neo with a loyalty discount and receive the HDR Merge extension for free.Skylum customers with Luminar Neo subscriptions will get the HDR Merge extension for free.
Owners of both Luminar Neo and Aurora HDR (Aurora HDR 2019 and up) will receive the HDR Merge extension for free.
If you’re eligible to get HDR Merge for free, just wait for the delivery email on July 28!Comment actions -
If you own both Aurora HDR 2019 and NEO, Skylum has stated HDR Merge is free for you. Quote from above post by Helga Rowles:
"Owners of both Luminar Neo and Aurora HDR (Aurora HDR 2019 and up) will receive the HDR Merge extension for free."
If you own an earlier version of Aurora HDR (2018 or earlier), then HDR Merge will cost you some money.
