You guys should just give HDR merge to every aurora user for free
AnsweredI received email saying I would get HDR merge for free if i bought Neo now. I hope that means I'll get it for free since I already have Neo.
However, i think you guys should give HDR merge to every Aurora user for free with no strings. You guys dropped the ball on Aurora and stopped supporting it and did not fix bugs or usability issues. And when asked about it you said there would be some sort of update 'soon'. That was two years ago.
In my opinion, it makes skylum look very untrustworthy if you fail to fix a product you sold (and are still selling) for over 3 years and then start selling something similar to it. Will HDR merge have the same bugs as aurora does or did you at least bother to fix them in this?
I will say I would not pay for HDR merge. I paid for aurora and did not get everything I paid for. I wouldn't pay you again for the same software.
It's a shame because for the most part i think you guys put out some good software and at a very good price. But even if you just sold it for a $1, I would still expect to get everything I paid for. Being very affordable doesn't mean you also get to be dishonest.
