Solutions to try when you encounter the error message 'Something isn’t working at the moment. Please try again later. If this keeps happening, contact the Skylum support team':
- Reboot your computer.
- Ensure that your antivirus/firewall settings allow the Luminar installer to connect to the Internet.
- Try an alternative Internet connection if possible - there may be a setting on your network that blocks outgoing connections. For instance, you can connect to your phone’s hotspot.
- Ensure that the drive has at least 10 GB of free space available.
