Solutions to try when you encounter the error message 'Something isn’t working at the moment. Please try again later. If this keeps happening, contact the Skylum support team': 

1. Reboot your computer.
2. Ensure that your antivirus/firewall settings allow the Luminar installer to connect to the Internet.
3. Try an alternative Internet connection if possible - there may be a setting on your network that blocks outgoing connections. For instance, you can connect to your phone’s hotspot. 
4. Ensure that the drive has at least 10 GB of free space available.
