    Hi,

Do you have macOs or Windows?

    Where are the images located?

Could you try creating a new catalog adding fewer photos, and see if the issue persists? In the top bar menu choose File > Catalog > New

Try adding folders one by one. Avoid adding big folders like your Drive one.

    Hi Elena,

I'm using macOS Apple M1 Chip.

My images are located on a NAS system within my network. It is strange that the images I can see at "all images", but not in the folder structure.

I just deleted the catalog, made a new one and added only one folder. But still the same result.

I will delete Luminar Neo completely and install new. May this helps...

I have also Luninar AI installed and there it isn't a problem.

Also no changes after a new install.

What I found out. When I'm using local folders, then it works.

When I'm using NAS network folders then it's not working.

    Hi Uli,

    Hi Ulri and Thomas,

It looks like there is indeed an issue with the images on NAS. We have reported it to the team and it will be investigated. Thanks for your patience!

I have the same issue with M1 Max Mac Book Pro and NAS.  I had previously had folders with images in the catalog. This may have happened after updating to 1.1.1.  Looking forward to an update that might fix this.

I have the same issue! Release 1.1.1 is unusable in this state for M1 Macs.... it is better to use the previous release. In general, I think Luminar does not perform so well with network volumes to my experience. Nor does it detect if a picture has already been catalogized before, resulting in doubles, triplets,  quartets - depending on how often you restart Neo in the middle of scanning. Very ineffective. The app should:

    1. run photo scanning in the background and stay usable to optimize workflow

    2. detect if a picture has already been scanned or at least offer a doublets-removal tool

    3. work well with samba shares
