    Hi Member,

It looks like something is blocking access to our servers.

    Please try the following solution:

    • Turn off the firewall: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201642
    • Either turn off your anti-virus or add Luminar to its list of exclusions. Consult your anti-virus manual for help.
    • If your router has a firewall, temporarily disable it as well. You can also try an alternative internet connection.

If the solution above doesn't work, please send us your Hosts file for review:

Select Go ➙ Go to Folder… from the Mac menu bar
    Type in /private/etc/hosts
    Click Go.
Attach this file to your support request at https://skylum.com/support, our support agents will investigate it.

Also, kindly add the link for this post, so they can see your original report about the issue.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

hello, thanks for your advice. I try it and it doesn't work.  I don't know how to attach hosts file here.

The following words are pasted from hosts.

    ##
    # Host Database
    #
    # localhost is used to configure the loopback interface
    # when the system is booting.  Do not change this entry.
    ##
    127.0.0.1 localhost
    255.255.255.255 broadcasthost
    ::1             localhost
