    Hi Paul,

Here's how you can send us the file so we could pass it to our technical department:

    1. Visit https://wetransfer.com/
    2. If it's your first time visiting this website, it might ask you to purchase a subscription. Simply select to proceed with the free version.
    3. Click Add your files.
    4. Select the file(s) on your computer.
    5. After you see all the files you need to send appear in the list, click the icon to the left of the Transfer button (the icon looks like a circle with three dots in it).
    6. In Send As select Link.
    7. Click Transfer.
    8. After the files have finished uploading, click Copy Link and paste it into your support request at https://skylum.com/support

Looking forward to hearing from you.

What I have discovered is a regular jpg, it does not remove any of the power lines, a raw image file in my case .cr3 it does remove most of them

    Hello Jon,

Would you be so kind as to follow the steps above and send us the original image so we can test it?

Austin, Helena and Ivan... Files have been uploaded to Dropbox link, Thank you Helena

P.S. As an after thought, wouldnt it be a good thing to train the AI removal using harder images to find as opposed to just a city street IF possible, this would enable better removal of said powerlines... Rural images may be a good start...

    Hi Jon Bish,

Thank you for uploading the samples!

They'll be forwarded to our colleagues from the tech department, and they will use them for training the neural network.

    Thank you for your input!
