Fluid Zoom in Luminar Neo
AnsweredHi!
First of all thanks guys for making Luminar Neo better with every update. I've just let go Luminar AI for good as I think Neo finally caught up in terms of functionality (still waiting for that clone tool though:)).
I have a quick question regarding Zooming In & Out in Neo. In AI I could use mouse wheel to fluid zoom which is super helpful while masking or cloning, etc. by just moving cursor on the image. In Neo zooming works differently - I have to left click first which gives me a 100% zoom and then mouse whell scrolls rather than zooming further in or out fluidly. I can of course use cmd+ cmd- but these work on predefinied increments like 25-50-100-200-300, etc. In order to zoom fluidly I'd need to reach out to my laptop's touchpad and use pinch gesture. Not a problem if I am on the run doing edits on the laptop directly, but when using it as a sort of desktop, it gets a bit inconvenient to reach out all the time.
Is there a shortcuts edition option or any other way to customize how mouse wheel will behave?
Thanks and all the best!

Hi Przemyslaw,
Thanks for your reply.
We've been able to reproduce the issue and reported it to our developers. Unfortunately, there's no way to work around it at the moment, so zooming in predefined increments is the only option for now.
Thank you so much for bringing the issue to our attention!Comment actions -
Hello Przemyslaw,
Could you please specify what mouse you have?

I did a search on this very same issue. I love the function of Luminar AI zoom in and out using my mouse wheel. When I added Luminar Neo, I was surprised I didn't get the same function. I hope this issue gets updated, because I am now finding that I go back to Luminar AI to do my edits because I feel the predetermined zooms on Neo really clunky and slow me down considerably.

Hi Lahree,
Thank you for posting your feedback. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. We will keep track of similar requests and make sure all of them are reported to a relevant team for consideration. Hopefully, this function can be added in the future.
