Heavy memory usage

I was having some performance issues with Luminar Neo and other programmes and Apple pointed out the problem was due to lack of memory. Activity monitor showed Luminar was using over 4gb of memory and I wasn't actively using it at the time.

It uses over 900mb when I first open it and then goes up the more I use it. It seems like it's using memory to perform tasks but not freeing it up afterwards.

It's the same problem with Aurora where I'm frequently unable to export images.

  Could you please let us know the following:

  • It'd be appreciated if you could send us a screenshot of your full Catalog structure.
    
    Please make sure we can see the total number of photos added and all the folders.
    
    
  • Are they located on the internal or external drive?
