Pinned FeaturedMacOS
The Skylum team continues working for you from a warzone. Here comes a new Luminar Neo Update 1.0.4.
Now you can:
- Use Smart Objects in Luminar Neo as a Photoshop plugin
- Connect more smoothly to Luminar Share
- Get better visibility with a more distinct color for masking
On top of that, we’ve caught and fixed more than 13 bugs that could lead to unexpected results. We’ve worked hard to deliver this update to you from Ukraine, so please enjoy!
Bug fixes
- Close Develop Raw tool and don’t experience delay on further editing
- Sync and load an image in single image view and see the correct aspect ratio
- Add Loaded DCP from DNG files to the Recent part of the camera profile drop-down without a hitch
- Resources are cleaned up smoothly after deleting an image
- Work with Iris Flare on large images
- Delete and reinstall Luminar Neo (or renew from a reserve copy in the Time Machine app) without experiencing issues with the Catalog tab, and retaining most of the options of the main menu
- Add TIFF files without experiencing crashes
- Smoothly select another image before you’ve finished applying edits
- Apply Crop or Rotate to your image without misplacing layer transform coordinates
- See background image changes that reflect the applied edits
- Revert crop edits to original without displacing brushing tools
- See the Luminar Neo icon in the dialog window in the Photos extension

When will we get the Histogram back (even in Curves) for Windows users?
I am still struggling knowing when an edit has completed.. why cant you use the same method that the erasing tools 'whirling dots' to show progress... it is great.
I'm also still struggling to be able to switch between preview views (even using the '\' shortcut - it seems so vague as to when it works).
Keep safe!

Hi Keith - Thank you for your feedback! Let me address your remarks.
1) Indeed, the histogram in the Curves tool is currently present only on Mac. However, we do plan to add it to the Windows version in one of the upcoming updates.
Please be on the lookout for our news. We'll let you know once this feature is available.
2) I'm afraid, there is no indicator that Luminar Neo is working, at the moment. However, we’ve heard that request quite a bit so maybe we will do so in the future. I could definitely see how you would want to have this feature.
3) You can also click and hold the Eye button under the edited photo to see the original photo. Release the button to see the edited version.

Mark Ramirez Please read Agatha's post that's just above yours. Unless I misunderstood your question, it's already answered:
