New Download from account isn't working

I purchased Luminar Neo late last year and haven't got around to installing it and today I logged into my Skylum account and see it there however when I click on download it's not downloading the program. I'm on a Mac running the latest public release that's available on an intel and m1 Mac (I have two of them).
Assuming this is an issue on the backend of the site but wanted to report at this moment I'm not able to download the program at all. It will either load the following page or save the url as a document with zero bytes: https://skylum.com/download/luminar-neo-paid
I already have Luminar AI installed and no issues with that today and I did an update to that as well that seemed to go through without an issue.

After a couple of hours it seems the link is working again, thank you!
Edit: I was able to download onto my intel Mac however when I went to my M1 Mac the website wasn't downloading the installer again.
Going back to the Mac where I was able to download the installer and for troubleshooting I tried downloading the installer just to see if it works and it's stopped downloading again and going back to either loading a blank page or downloading an empty file with the url as the name of the file.
Edit 2: after 3 hours I was able to download and install on both Macs.
