I have turned off all anti-virus programs and still can't update the program.  I appreciate that Ukraine has bombs raining down on it, and the staff is no doubt hunkering down somewhere so they cannot address this issue. But I recommend they take some tips from Topaz, Lightroom and Photoshop, which programs update seamlessly.  This has cost me a lot of time although I'm willing to wait until someone on the team can fix this.

  Thank you for the update.

  But Neo has installation issues for every single download.

  Mine 1.0.2 won't start.
