    Hi Chris,

We will surely post more information about some of the missing features soon.

We're trying our best to continue working and provide our artists with all the updates. However, please kindly note that due to the war in Ukraine, some processes might be delayed, since our Team is located here.

You can check these credible sources regarding the current situation here: https://ukraineworld.org/articles/ukraine-explained/what-read

    Hello Alina,
How long will it take for some forum members to understand that the Skylum team is Ukrainian and that, therefore, it is understandable that you are facing infinitely more important worries in the last weeks?
    It is distressing!
Keep courage, Madam, and do not worry too much about the lamentations of ignorant people.

    Slava Ukraini!

Francis MonzéeI  am not sure snarky comments help anyone although I am sure you feel better.

My language is French. I am sorry if my English is poor and you misunderstood me.
My intervention was to make Alina understand that I support her, her colleagues and all her compatriots. At the same time I was trying to make the members of the forum understand that they should avoid unnecessary grumbling about the promises made by Skylum about Luminar Neo because their worries were elsewhere for some weeks.
As for my last sentence "Slava Ukraini", it means "Save Ukraine"... in Ukrainian.

Chris Page With all due respect, I find your reply snarky. Francis Monzée merely expressed his worry and care.

I too find it disconcerting that so many members here seem to be unaware of/insensitive to the fact that the good folks at Skylum and their fellow Ukrainians are under attack. The few staff that are still able to help out need our support.

What might help a bit is to inform members who are not aware of the fact that Skylum is located in Kyiv by showing a banner at the top of all forum pages similar to the one on the main site.

Thank you Hilltops for supporting me but, more importantly, for supporting the Skylum team.
