Lumimar Neo - Preview does not work

I have luminar neo, when I'm editing I can't see the changes when I change something or press the preview buttons (example: increase or decrease the exposure the image doesn't chagen - I need to zoom the image to make effect) .

Someone have this problem? How can be fixed?

    Hello Marcos,

    Please, try the following steps to eliminate the problem:

    1.Type CMD in the search field on your Taskbar, right-click on the Command Prompt line and choose Run as administrator. See the screenshot:

    2.In the Window that opens, copy and paste the line below: 

    reg add HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Avalon.Graphics /v DisableHWAcceleration /t REG_DWORD /d 1

    3. Press Enter on your keyboard. See the screenshot: 

    Launch Luminar and check how it works for you.
