Luminar Share doesn't scan QR code
AnsweredWhen I hit "Connect" in the Sharing tab, Luminar NEO presents a QR-code. When I try to scan this QR code with Luminar Share on my Android cellphone, nothing happens. When I scan this QR-code with a 3rd party QR scanner app, this app scans the QR code flawlessly. What can be the issue here and how to solve it?
Also when I try to share an image via the Mail button in the Share tab, nothing happens. Same question here, what can be the issue?

Please ensure that your Luminar Neo and Luminar Share apps are up-to-date (How to update the app: on iOS; on Android)
Also, try to change the Windows network location to private:
Concerning the Share via Mail, at the moment, the standard Windows 10 email app is yet to be supported by Luminar. Therefore, could you please try to use an alternative email client to export the images?
For instance, you may install Thunderbird following this link: https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/
Afterward, you will need to set the app as your default email client. I have found a video tutorial for you explaining how to do it, in case you need assistance with that. Please find it here.
You'll be able to select the recipient of the email containing your processed image.
