Refund please help

I'm so angry with Skylum it's the first time I've asked for a refund! I will never invest money in Skylum software again! Luminar 2018, Aurora HDR 2018, Luminar3, Luminar4, Luminar AI and now Luminar Neo and no software has ever evolved no more camera updates no more bug fixes and now I'm finally cured of the lie
I have no idea if I'll live until the software is finally finished!
My last question is how do I get my money back?
