Still cannot activate LUMINAR NEO
AnsweredI have followed your instructions to disable firewals, use alternate installers, etc. and still cannot properly install and activate NEO It is strange that it is the only software I have ever had this issue with.

If disabling your anti-virus and Firewall doesn't help, please send us your Hosts file for review at support@skylum.com.
The file is located here:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\

Activation issue resolved in 5 minutes, thanks Robert Usher! I didn't even have to turn off the firewall!
