i don't find the new tools (effacement arriere plan)
no help to use the new tools (only responses for new version of luminar neo)
impression of bad and very speed work
i think it's my last version and i return on lightroom
(because i have luminar since 2018 and it is more and more bad for these prices by YEAR)
sincerely i'm not happy. if you don't repair your soft it is the end.

Could you please specify the issues in detail?
What tools are you not able to locate so we can guide you?
Also, please send us the crash logs so we can investigate the crashing issue:
- Reproduce the issue.
- Press the Windows logo key + R.
- Type eventvwr in the dialog box that opens and hit Enter on your keyboard.
- In the window that opens click the triangle next to Windows Logs on the left. A directory tree should open.
- Click Application in the directory tree.
- In the main part of the window find the two topmost entries marked with Error named Application Error and .NET Runtime.
- Hold CTRL and click your left mouse button on each entry to select them both.
- Right-click on any of the two selected entries and click Save Selected Events.
- Name the file, save it, and send it to support@skylum.com
