Luminar Neo crash at start
AnsweredHi , First i downloaded the early version and worked,even slow,ok. After 2 days the official version was released and downloaded it form my Skylum account and was installed as repair to the early version.For a day it worked but it was slow again.I thought that the problem was the early version so I uninstaled and installed it again.From that that time when I try to open it I get after a few seconds it crashes.I sent the data accordin the skylum support teamexpecting an answer.Very frustated .I was of the first to preorder it 4-6 months ago

I have checked our inbox and was not able to find the message from you.
Could you please provide us with the crash logs?:
- Reproduce the issue.
- Press the Windows logo key + R.
- Type eventvwr in the dialog box that opens and hit Enter on your keyboard.
- In the window that opens click the triangle next to Windows Logs on the left. A directory tree should open.
- Click Application in the directory tree.
- In the main part of the window find the two topmost entries marked with Error named Application Error and .NET Runtime.
- Hold CTRL and click your left mouse button on each entry to select them both.
- Right-click on any of the two selected entries and click Save Selected Events.
- Name the file, save it, and send it to support@skylum.com
