how do you add a single image ? it keeps on wanting me to add a full folder ?

How do you update/refresh a folder that has been added ? 

And please make an "extra small"  for the catalog view

  Click 'Luminar Neo' on the top left of your screen and select File/Edit Single Image.... A browser window will open.
