Luminar Neo Anmeldung auf Surface Pro 8 funktioniert nicht

Leider ist es mir nicht möglich, mich im Programm anzumelden mit Mail und Seriennummer. Weder mit Stift, Tastatur noch Maus reagieren die Eingabefelder. Hat jemand eine Idee?

  Hello Wolfgang,

  Could you please let us know your hardware configuration?

  • Press the Windows logo key + R.
  • Type msinfo32 in the dialog box that opens and hit Enter on your keyboard. 
  • In the window that opens, make sure you have System Summary highlighted on the left.
  • Click File > Export.
  • Type the file's name (you can choose any you like), save it somewhere where you can easily find it, and send it to support@skylum.com

  Ich hatte gerade dasselbe Problem mit dem Surface Pro 8. 

  Die Lösung des Problems ist ganz einfach, wenn auch ein wenig bescheuert:

  Wenn der Bildschirm zum anmelden kommt, musst du das Feld für die Email-Adresse anklicken, dann das Fenster minimieren und wieder maximieren. Nun siehst du den Cursor. Tippe deine Email-Adresse blind ein, minimiere, maximiere und nun siehst du sie. Verfahre analog mit dem Passwort, nun wird der Anmelden-Button blau und du kannst ihn anklicken. Und schon ist das Programm aktiviert. Habe diese Lösung durch Zufall gefunden.

  Hi Justin, 

  From the description of the workaround that helped you, I can assume that you have an Intel processor of the 11th generation. Intel has released a driver for the graphics card integrated into your processor that should fix it. You can update the driver using the Intel's Assistant: 

  • Intel (click this text to open link)

  
  If the issue persists, we recommend disabling hardware acceleration following the steps below:

  1.Type CMD in the search field on your Taskbar, right-click on the Command Prompt line and choose Run as administrator. 

   

  2.In the Window that opens, copy and paste the line below: 

  reg add HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Avalon.Graphics /v DisableHWAcceleration /t REG_DWORD /d 1

  3. Press Enter on your keyboard.
