NEO not working
AnsweredI'm disappointed with the new NEO and I'm also disappointed with the approach to users ... NEO just can't run ... and reactions? ... some advice and tips, but I'm not an experienced PC user and so I have a problem ... how is it possible that the NEO has been declared ready and not only me, but also many others have problems launching it ... I bought a new product, so it should work without my additional interventions ... you also do not have to have the new car serviced first to get it could enjoy driving ....

I'm truly sorry you all have to go through this. I know how frustrating it might feel to keep on waiting on an app and then not be able to use it. I have passed your concerns to our product team. Our tech department is investigating the case, and we'll really appreciate your event logs:
- Reproduce the issue.
- Press the Windows logo key + R.
- Type eventvwr in the dialog box that opens and hit Enter on your keyboard.
- In the window that opens click the triangle next to Windows Logs on the left. A directory tree should open.
- Click Application in the directory tree.
- In the main part of the window find the two topmost entries marked with Error named Application Error and .NET Runtime.
- Hold CTRL and click your left mouse button on each entry to select them both.
- Right-click on any of the two selected entries and click Save Selected Events.
- Name the file, save it, and send it to https://skylum.com/support
