So many bugs in version 1

C'mon, it's Skylum. They make good software, they have nice training and cool websites. But beta testing and customer service has always been subpar.

No, they did not beta test effectively. They were rushing to be able to start the 30-day clock on refunds. They can relax, Neo isn't that piece of junk like AI. I'll be keeping Neo just for the power line filter. I like what I've seen so far, looking forward to layers, and seeing if they fix the bugs.

The feedback for submitting bugs was hard to use. This should not have been a release version, but a third beta or release candidate. But OK, I get it. Start the clock and by the end of March the refund window will close and they can bank all the money.

I'm truly sorry to hear that Luminar Neo doesn't work as expected. Please note that the lagging issue is to be fixed in the upcoming update.
