    I'm sorry for the inconvenience! We've already fixed this issue. 

    Please try reinstalling the app in the following way:

    1. Go to “Apps and Features” by right click on the Start button;
    2. Find Luminar there and click [Uninstall] (you can also uninstall from the Control Panel);
    3. Type %appdata% in Search (folder Roaming should open);
    4. Find the folder “LuminarNeo” and delete it (it deletes your activation for Luminar Neo too);
    5. Go to Pictures and rename the folder called Luminar Neo Catalog (if you have your Catalog anywhere else, find it and rename it).
    6. Install the app once again from your Skylum Account and let us know how it goes.

    Ich schließe mich Hrn. Antpöhler an. Es erscheint: "Luminar Neo funktioniert nicht mehr. Das Programm wird aufgrund eines Problems nicht richtig ausgeführt".

    Habe das gleiche Problem. Und der oben empfohlene Weg funktioniert bei mir nicht.

    Der empfohlene Weg führt nicht weiter. Nun beendet sich Neo ohne Hinweis unmittelbar nach Anzeige des blauen Startbildschirms. Auch das Löschen von AI im Autostart hilft nicht.

    Admin ändert bei mir Nichts. Neo startet bzw. läuft nicht.

    Bei mir der selbe Fehler. Luminar neo wird kurz angezeigt und dann endet es sofort wieder.

    Hello all,

    We apologize for the caused inconvenience.

    Could you please send us the event logs after the fresh installation so we can investigate the issue further?:

    1. Reproduce the issue.
    2. Press the Windows logo key + R.
    3. Type eventvwr in the dialog box that opens and hit Enter on your keyboard.
    4. In the window that opens click the triangle next to Windows Logs on the left. A directory tree should open.
    5. Click Application in the directory tree. 
    6. In the main part of the window find the two topmost entries marked with Error named Application Error and .NET Runtime.
    7. Hold CTRL and click your left mouse button on each entry to select them both.
    8. Right-click on any of the two selected entries and click Save Selected Events.
    9. Name the file, save it, and send it to support@skylum.com

    Hallo

    Luminar Neo startet nach Installation nicht. Es erscheint nur kurz das Startfenster, das Programm öffnet sich aber nicht zur Aktivierung. Ich nutze ein 64 Bit Betriebssystem, x64-basierter Prozessor, 16 RAM, Windows Home, Version 21H2.

    Mit Luminar 4 und AI hatte ich nie Probleme.

    Nein, bei mir funktioniert es nach wie vor nicht. Habe nun auch deinstalliert und Appdata entsprechend gelöscht und wieder neu installiert. Das selbe Problem, nur das Öffnungsbild zeigt sich, will sich scheinbar öffnen, schafft es aber nicht und dann ist wieder alles geschlossen und weg.

    Ich schließe mich meinen Vorrednern an. Habe exakt das gleiche Problem. Beschriebener Lösungsweg führt zu keinem positiven Ergebnis. Gibt es schon weitere Lösungsansätze?

    Mit dem Update (von heute) sind meine Startprobleme behoben. Neo funktioniert. Dank an den Support.

    Bei mir ebenfalls, nach der Anleitung vom Suport (Ordner %Appdata% etc.) und der aktuellsten Version läuft NEO jetzt. Danke.

    Ja, es funktioniert, z.B. über Start der Installationsdatei und "Aktualisieren". Ob ein Danke angebracht ist, werter Herr Seng, das weiß ich nicht. Wenn ich etwas kaufe, hat es i.O. zu sein und es nicht meine Freude, ständig Nachbesserungen zu suchen pp.

    Hallo Harald Walth, ich konnte bei der ersten Anmeldung ebenfalls kein „@„ einfügen, hab einfach meine E-Mail-Adresse kopiert und im Anmeldefenster eingefügt, dann hats geklappt.

    Hallo Harald, ich hatte die gleichen Probleme. Allerdings hat auch das Kopieren meiner Mail-Adresse nicht funktioniert, da sie sich partout nicht einfügen ließ. Ich habe dann einfach mal eine andere Tasten-Kombination für das @ Zeichen probiert. AltGr und @ hat bei mir dann funktioniert.
