Unable to start Luminar Neo

    Hi Ulrich and Armin,

    First and foremost, your Luminar Neo license is registered with the e-mail, which you used when purchasing. Thus you need to log in with your Skylum account which has the same e-mail.

    In this case, we would kindly ask you to try resetting your password first: https://skylum.com/user/request-password-reset

    Make sure you are logged out when resetting your password, otherwise you will be redirected to the page, where old password is required.

    I'm terribly sorry to hear that you decided to set Luminar Neo aside. We do understand that you are frustrated because of the missing features. However, I wanted to let you know that thanks to the new engine, we will be able to release the updates more frequently and gradually implement the mentioned features. Right now our development team is working on the next update, which will include some of the tools. Each new version will bring back the functions for sure. I do hope you will give us another chance.
