Luminar AI does not want to open on my MAC

recently my Luminar is playing up. I even unsubscribed from paying for it as it just does not want to open on my MAC or when it does open i can't edit anything. Luminar is my favourite but I had to result in using only Lightroom otherwise I feel like losing my mind trying to open or use Luminar

  It just doesn’t open at all. I checked and I have the latest version. Before this happened it wouldn’t let me edit anything, and before that the all was keep crashing

  Let's try reinstalling Luminarᴬᴵ. We recommend doing a full uninstall with AppCleaner. AppCleaner is a free app that automatically removes not only applications but also the related files, making 'clean' uninstall easy.

  • Download AppCleaner from here (click this text to open link).
  • Install AppCleaner and start it.
  • Drag Luminarᴬᴵ from your Applications folder into the AppCleaner window. When removing Luminarᴬᴵ, mark all the files and folders on the list, except for RTW788AXG3.com.skylum.luminarAI
  • Once you've uninstalled Luminarᴬᴵ, restart your Mac and download a fresh version of Luminarᴬᴵ following this link: 
    https://downloads.skylum.com/luminarai/installer/mac/LuminarAIInstaller.zip
