Amazing Animals Part II template will not install

I am unable to get the Amazing Animals Part II template to install. I've downloaded it several times from the Luminar X membership page and it won't install. I was able to install other templates after trying to install this one, so the issue seems to be with the template itself and not the system or installation of LuminarAI. Luminar AI is updated to the latest versions. I tried installing through the plugin and standalone. Please assist.
