Struggling to log in.

Hi there, I'm struggling to log in. Downloaded the app, the log in box pops up but doesn't allow me to write to it.

Currently running a new Samsung 2in1 with 16 ram and an i7 processor.

What am I doing wrong?

  Hi Chris,

  Could you let us know your hardware configuration?

  • Press the Windows logo key + R.
  • Type msinfo32 in the dialog box that opens and hit Enter on your keyboard. 
  • In the window that opens, make sure you have System Summary highlighted on the left.
  • Click File > Export.
  • Type the file's name (you can choose any you like), save it somewhere where you can easily find it.
