cant get Aurora to work consistently

  Hi Andrew,

  Is that from a RAW file? If so, make sure to check if your camera is supported:

  https://media.macphun.com/uploads/uploads/Supported_cameras_AuroraHDR_2019.pdf

  If it turns out it isn't, your can try converting the native RAW images to DNGs before you load them into Aurora:

  https://helpx.adobe.com/it/photoshop/using/adobe-dng-converter.html
