Upgrade to macOS 10.14.6

I have an apple computer. When I try to open Neo, i gat a message that says," You can't use this version of the application "Luminar Neo" with this version of macOS. It says that I have 10.13.6 and that I need 10.14.6. When I search for software updates apple responds to me that there are no updates available.

  Could you please let us know your hardware configuration? Click on the Apple logo in the upper left corner of your screen, click About This Mac, and take a screenshot of the window that opens.
