How to email finished photos to myself with Windows?
AnsweredGREETINGS! I'm currently enjoying a 7-day trial of LuminarAl and I have saved a single portrait I had great fun editing!! However, after unsuccessfully clicking on 'EXPORT' and then 'MAIL' the finished edited photo never appears in my gmail inbox and my email address in my account info. How can I mail finished photos to myself?! Figuring this out will decide whether I purchase LuminarAl, so THANKS in advance for your advice!! <big smile> Christopher P.S. Like the useless bot suggested, I already tried downloading drop box then sent the bot my HID1 and HID2 codes and the bot freaked out and didn't help at all - I'm guessing there's an easier way, yes?!

Hi Christopher,
Currently, the standard Windows 10 email app is yet to be supported by Luminar. Therefore, could you please try to use an alternative email client to export the images?
For instance, you may install Thunderbird following this link: https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/
Afterward, you will need to set the app as your default email client. I have found a video tutorial explaining how to do it if you need assistance with that. Please find it here.

Kate Williams - appreciate you giving a possible solution, but really this ought to work with whatever is the Windows default email client. A user should not have to install a different email client just to get this to work.

I'm sorry to hear the solution didn't help you, but I'm afraid the link you've provided is not quite relevant. Could you please re-send the files you were trying to attach via https://wetransfer.com/ and inform us at https://skylum.com/support?
