    Hi Christopher,

Currently, the standard Windows 10 email app is yet to be supported by Luminar. Therefore, could you please try to use an alternative email client to export the images?

For instance, you may install Thunderbird following this link: https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/

Afterward, you will need to set the app as your default email client. I have found a video tutorial explaining how to do it if you need assistance with that. Please find it here.

To get further support, you can contact us by filling out the form at https://skylum.com/support or emailing us directly at support@skylum.com

Kate Williams - appreciate you giving a possible solution, but really this ought to work with whatever is the Windows default email client. A user should not have to install a different email client just to get this to work.

    Hi Surveyfor Customers!

I'm sorry to hear the solution didn't help you, but I'm afraid the link you've provided is not quite relevant. Could you please re-send the files you were trying to attach via https://wetransfer.com/ and inform us at https://skylum.com/support

If final edited image is over 20mb it will not send regardless of app used... Best bet is to upload to a storage service like Google Drive etc.
