urgent: the retouching disappears when I click on the image

Hello,

I've never had any issues with Luminar AI but it's been hell since this morning.

All my retouching having disappeared, I had to reopen a backup file, thanks to this ticket:

So I try to export my edited photos, but in reality, the original photo is exported. On the thumbnail (in the software), we see that the photo is modified but when we click on it, all the settings return to zero:
