Some of my pics (.JPG) will not load into the editor; trying both single edit and adding to catalogue. All of the other pics will load. Have tried dozens of times. Have tried reloading software. What might be the problem?

  Hi! Could you specify if these images are located on your internal or external drive?

  Please also create a new Catalog via File > Catalog > New and try to add your images there.
