    Hi Giulia,

    In any case Luminar AI has very poor performance. Even if the computer corresponds to the requirements, the software will remain slow. There is no much things that customer can't do.

    Skylum Team don't really care about their products. They just want to sell new ones. You can check the history in the forum.

    Please try resetting your PRAM to improve the performance. Here is how you can do that:

    Please note that you might be asked to reset some of your computer adjustments such as date and time, mouse settings, etc.

    @Giulia: yes, I am also curious to know if the PRAM-Reset works for you. I've got this trick from Skylum team ... Useless!
