    Hi Helena,

    Thanks for your answer.

My camera model is Minolta Dimage 7i (2002).
Very old, but not so bad, with a good lens.

    Hi Member ,

    Thanks for the clarification.

It seems that there's an issue with the way our app opens this RAW file. Because the app can't read specific size configurations in the EXIF of RAWs produced by your camera, it automatically adds 'tech' pixels.

I've reported this case to our tech team and it's been added to our Aurora HDR backlog.

This issue should be addressed in future Aurora HDR versions, but there's no exact timeline right now.

If that's a deal-breaker for you, we can offer a refund for your Aurora purchase. For that, please contact us at: https://skylum.com/support

    Hi Kate

    Thanks for your answer.

The problem is not serious enough for me to request a refund. I can use the software to enhance my images and trim the border if I want them to be exactly the original size.
I will wait for an update.
To help your technicians, would you like me to send you an MRW file?

Hi Member - thank you for the suggestion! We have samples from your camera, so there's no need to upload yours, but we really appreciate your willingness to help!
