regsetriung nicht registrierbar wegen internet proplememn

Hallo, 

ich habe mich bei Luminar ai registriert dann kAM aber die Meldung das das nicht gehe und meine Daten nicht angekommen sind wegen internet Problemen. ich habe die app noch mal de insterliert dann kam ich aber noch nicht mal zum anmelde Fenster sondern gleich zur Meldung siehe oben. 

kann mir jemand helfen?

    I'm terribly sorry to hear about the issue you encountered. It's likely that something is blocking access to our servers.

    Please try the following solution:

    • Turn off the firewall: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201642 
    • Either turn off your anti-virus or add Luminar to its list of exclusions. Consult your anti-virus manual for help.
    • If your router has a firewall, temporarily disable it as well. You can also try an alternative internet connection.

    If this doesn't help, we would kindly ask you to reset host file: https://tipsmake.com/how-to-fix-hosts-file-on-mac
