Lost seats
AnsweredI had to restore my computer, I logged into the sit and saw my current seat for Luminar AI and pending for Neo. Removed that seat to use again, then updated my email address. Once I restored my computer and installed AI, logged into the SAME account, no my seats are GONE as if they don't exist.
This is NOT acceptable, but par for the course for Skylum based on your constant new software instead of updates.
