I purchased luminar ai and it says I have an account but everytime I try to sign it the message is your email and password don't match.  I tried to deactivate my account but it wouldn't let me. I tried to reset my password several times and that didn't work.  Why does this company not have a call in technical support team.

  The good news is we do a great job with email and forum support, and I'll gladly help you!

  As far as I can see, you've created your Skylum account using your linked Google account. Therefore, you need to activate the app in the following way:

  1. Download and install Luminarᴬᴵ:

  http://skylum.com/download/luminar-ai-download

  2. Open Luminarᴬᴵ. You will see a window that prompts you to log in to your Skylum Account. See the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/21d1x2s 

  3. Sign in with your linked Google account

  4. Congratulations! You’ve activated Luminarᴬᴵ.
