So Annoyed
AnsweredPurchased Luminar AI - received email to download and install, which I did.
When I try to sign in, it says that I have 7 days left of the free trial period and need to purchase. Have been trying to get the activation code - followed the instructions on the website, which says theyʻll email me. Nothing.
Have tried to reach a person at Skylum. Nothing.
However, I have received more than a half dozen emails asking me to buy more! Why would I buy more if I canʻt event get the first thing I purchased to work?

I've checked our database and it seems that you've already activated the software. Is everything fine now?
If the issue persists, please reset your activation counter and try to activate the application again.
You can reset your activation counter in your Skylum account. Log in with your email and password here:
Reset buttons are available for each product you own in the My Software tab. Click Activations > Reset activation next to the device you need to remove or click Reset all activations to remove all activations at once.
