    Thatʻs exactly what I did. Still getting the message that Iʻm on the free trial and need to purchase.

    Thereʻs also an option to manually retrieve the activation key via the Skylum website by entering email address used to purchase. Tried that as well. Nothing happens.

    Hi Member,

    I've checked our database and it seems that you've already activated the software. Is everything fine now? 

    If the issue persists, please reset your activation counter and try to activate the application again.

    You can reset your activation counter in your Skylum account. Log in with your email and password here:

    https://skylum.com/user/login

    Reset buttons are available for each product you own in the My Software tab. Click Activations > Reset activation next to the device you need to remove or click Reset all activations to remove all activations at once.

    Had to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work. But, it seems to be working now. Thanks again
