    Hi Georg,

I can see that your camera is supported by Luminar 4:
    https://manual.skylum.com/4/en/topic/supported-cameras?q=cameras

Could you please send the files that you're having issues with to our support team?

Here's how you can send us the files:

    1. Visit https://wetransfer.com/
    2. If it's your first time visiting this website, it might ask you to purchase a subscription. Simply select to proceed with the free version.
    3. Click Add your files.
    4. Select the file(s) on your computer.
    5. After you see all the files you need to send appear in the list, click the icon to the left of the Transfer button (the icon looks like a circle with three dots in it).
    6. In Send As select Link.
    7. Click Transfer.
    8. After the files have finished uploading, click Copy Link and paste it into your support request at https://skylum.com/support

Looking forward to hearing from you.

I transfered some of the RW2-Files as requested:  https://we.tl/t-deRQHcjj9M

These images, taken with a Panasonic GH5II, that according to the Skylum-Website should be supported, are not recognized on my two Win-PCs with Luminar IV.

    Hi Georg-Peter,

It seems that the link is corrupted. Could you please reupload the images? Then, attach a new link to your request to the support team at https://skylum.com/support for further investigation. Thanks!

Thank you for informing me, that Luminar IV is only supporting the Panasonic GH5 not the new GH5 II cameras. According to my knowledge both cameras produce the same RW2-files - I will do some research into that.
That means that I can process RW2-files only after converting them into DNG-format which is inconvinient, changes my whole work process and unfortunately brings me back to Lightroom. The best software isnt helpful if I cant use it with the format.... Is there an update for Luminar IV in sight that supports that popular camera?

4 Days no Answer! Great ..... Support in this Community many people have the same Problem!

I have the same problem with Luminar 4 no camera support! The way via dng files is useless! You should buy Luminar AI just don't have any levels funny! Or buy Luminar Neo now without knowing if your camera is supported, the big buzzword 30 day money back guarantee lol!
I have uninstalled all of my Luminar and Auroa software and have renewed my Lightroom ABO - that's the best thing I've done! Don't want to buy a new Skylum software every year where support is no longer given!

    Hi Georg-Peter Huss!

I'm sorry for the long waiting!

I'm afraid there is no ETA for the Luminar 4 update. I'll bring our devs' attention to it, and hopefully, they'll release it soon.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

    Hi Robert Chlup!

I'm sorry to hear that you don't enjoy using our software.

As I mentioned above, regrettably, there are no exact terms for supporting this camera yet.  For now, we cannot provide you with the ETA as we do not want to mislead our customers by giving inaccurate information. I would like to reassure you that our developers are doing their best to implement the support of your camera as soon as possible, however, it takes some time.

Once we have some approximate terms for it, we will let you know.
