    Hi Riccardo,

    Thanks for checking the antivirus and firewall. 

    Let's check your hosts file too as quite often the issue stems from it. 

    • Please navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\
    • Locate the file called 'hosts'
    • Send it to support@skylum.com
