Tech issue, Luminar AI and Luminar 4

After installing Luminar AI a page appears requiring purchase email & password. Page does not respond on clicking in boxes therefore unable to launch program.
On a second issue Luminar 4 will NOT uninstall ....... i have changed laptops and require Luminar 4 to uninstall from old laptop. This is frustrating and time consuming.
Solution please ASAP

Could you please send your hardware configuration to https://skylum.com/support?
- Press the Windows logo key + R.
- Type msinfo32 in the dialog box that opens and hit Enter on your keyboard.
- In the window that opens, make sure you have System Summary highlighted on the left.
- Click File > Export.
- Type the file's name (you can choose any you like), save it somewhere where you can easily find it, and attach this text file to your reply to this email.
